If you live near the Lake Huron shoreline, conservationists want to hear from you.
The Lake Huron Centre for Coastal Conservation is conducting an online survey, with results to be a part of their upcoming Coastal Action Plan.
The Coastal Action Plan will create a concerted effort to protect the Canadian stretch of shoreline between Sarnia and Tobermory.
Coastal Stewardship Coordinator Hannah Cann says residents will be asked about their experience with the lake, and hopes for shoreline conservation in the future.
Combined with answers from the survey, Cann says the upcoming action plan will identify biodiversity and stressors along the shoreline to help battle climate change and increased development.
