Later in the day, at 5 P.M., the Development & Operations Services Standing Committee will meet at the library. At that meeting, committee members will get a presentation on the Beild House renovation and another on the Trinity United Church parking lot.

The committee will consider a staff recommendation that council enact and pass an amending Zoning By-law and to execute a Site Plan Control Agreement for a proposed affordable housing project at High Street and Second Street.

The Committee is also to discuss a recommendation that council pass an amending Zoning By-law for the St. Paul Street Ambulance Station.

Councillors on this committee will also receive a presentation on the proposed transit terminal.
