Attack fall 4-1 to the Soo in opener

Owen Sound fell flat on the power play and trail the Greyhounds 1-0 in the series.


Game 1 of the second round OHL series went to the Soo Greyhounds.

The Owen Sound Attack only managed 1 goal against Joseph Raaymakers in the Soo net, as they fell 4-1 last night.

Jack Kopacka led the Greyhounds with 2 goals.

He opened the scoring 2 minutes into the 2nd period, and later he scored again to give Sault Ste. Marie a 3-1 lead. 

The Soo went 1 for 3 on the power play while Owen Sound failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.

It was the lone game in the OHL last night.

Game 2 in their series is Friday night in the Soo, with Game 3 in Owen Sound Sunday.
