Local Ladies Intermediate Broomball team the Threshers made up of players from the Grey Bruce Ladies Broomball League went undefeated in capturing the Gold medal at the 2017 Ontario Senior Broomball Provincials Championships in Windsor, Ontario this weekend.

Team consists of Jessica Paton, Jessica Brown, Kristen Jacques, Kristina Dyer, Morgan Potter, Lexy Horton, Keshia Jacques, Jenna Underwood, Jordane Chegahno, Taylor Vokes, Shannon Bray, Jackie McCartney, Cheryl McCallum, Rose Power, Leah Urbshott, Trina Thomas Kim Bray, Nancy Beckett and coaches Chad Stephens & Justin Stephens
