Armed Robbery In Flesherton

Grey County OPP say a man with a gun demanded pharmacy staff hand over narcotics.

Grey county OPP are investigating an armed robbery in Flesherton.

Just before 5pm on Friday, police were called to the Flesherton Pharmacy on Durham street.

They were told a man armed with a gun, passed a note to the pharmacist demanding narcotics.  

An undisclosed quantity of narcotics was handed over to the suspect who then fled.

He got into the passenger side of a white, 3500 GMC pick-up truck with dual wheels.  

The vehicle was last seen heading northbound on Hwy. 10 out of Flesherton.

Grey county OPP say the pharmacist and two female employees were the only people in the pharmacy at the time of the robbery.  

There were no injuries reported.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5' 10" tall, 175 lbs, with blue eyes.  

He was wearing a red and navy jacket, a grey/black colour baseball cap, and a camouflage colour balaclava.

Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP or crime stoppers.
