Water Resources Coordinator, John Bittorf says flows along the Beaver River continue to rise now, and there could be more flooding.
As expected, the Grey Sauble watershed received between 20 and 40 mms of rain overnight into Thursday morning -- and the rain is not stopping anytime soon.
With the saturated soil conditions and rivers still experiencing high flows from Monday's event, officials say flows exceed normal spring runoff conditions.
Grey Sauble staff will continue to monitor conditions as they develop, and will provide updates as required.
The Flood Watch continues for the rest of the Grey Sauble watershed until Friday.
The Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority is also keeping its flood watch in effect.
Police are also asking parents to keep children away from fast flowing rivers and streams and slippery banks.
