Crash Leads to Drug Charges

Cocaine and marijuana found in a car that crashed into a hydro pole.

A Barrie man is in a whole heap of trouble.

This after the vehicle he was driving hit a cement barrier and crashed into a hydro pole on Welllington Street West Tuesday just after 10 AM.
 
No other vehicles were involved.
 
Barrie Police arrived and found what was believed to be cocaine and marijuana in the man's possession.
 
The man also blew a roadside breath test and was taken to Barrie Police where it was revealed he was twice over the legal limit.
 
He was released on a promise to appear with a future court date at the end of March.
