Two local events are getting recognition from Festivals and Events Ontario.
The FEO announced the winners of their 2016 Achievement Awards on Friday.
Clearview's Small Halls Festival won for Best Promotional Campaign in the $100,000 to $500,000 category.
And the Apple Harvest Festival and Apple Pie Trail in Blue Mountains won for Best Community Partner Outreach Program in the under $100,000 category.
In a news release, the awards -- handed out to FEO members -- showcase various elements of festivals and events that those submitting believe stood out in the previous festival year.
