Spits and Knights Extend Streaks

Attack at Mississauga Tonight

Spitfires 4 Colts 2

Logan Brown's power-play goal stood as the game winner for the Spitfires who have reclaimed first place in the West Division.

Underage Gabriel Vilardi, Aaron Luchuk and former Colt Brendan Lemieux into an empty net also scored for Windsor who have won 3 in a row.

The victory gives Windsor 74 points on the year, 1 more than Sarnia who dropped to the # 5 seed in the Western Conference

Dylan Sadowy and Kevin Labanc scored for the Colts who are in Sarnia to face the Sting tonight




Knights 7 Petes 4

Aaron Berisha scored twice while Mitchell Marner had a goal and 3 points for the Knights

Victor Mete, Owen MacDonald, Olli Juolevi and Max Jones also scored for London who are on a 4 game win streak and have moved to within 2 points of Erie for top spot in the Western Conference.

Greg Betzold had a pair of power-play goals for the Petes while Nick Grima and overage Hunter Garlent also scored for Peterborough



Tonight, the Owen Sound Attack are at Mississauga to go against the Steelheads

The Steelheads are 4th in the Eastern Conference trying to hold off 3 other rivals

The Attack are 6th in the Western Conference

If the Attack win tonight and Flint fails to get 2 points in their home game against Sault Ste Marie, the Attack will clinch a playoff spot.
