Bruce Power is launching a new 1.2 million dollar Aboriginal Community Investment fund.
The company will invest in key community, educational, environmental, training and youth development initiatives in local communities from 2016 to 2020.
Vice President of Corporate Affairs, James Scongack says Bruce Power is excited to launch the investment fund that will be available to local First Nations and Metis communities.
Bruce Power will accept applications through it's Community Investment page beginning on January 11th next year.
Scongack says the Energy company will invest 300 thousand annually over the four year period.
