Colts Edge Attack in Goalie Duel

Blackwood with 32 saves for Barrie, McNiven replies with 38 for Owen Sound.

It was a goaltenders duel in Barrie.

But the Colts came out on top against Owen Sound as Justin Scott's early third period goal for the Colts was the difference in a 2-1 win over the Attack in the OHL on Thursday night.
Barrie fired 40 shots on Owen Sound netminder Michael McNiven -- 25 came in the second period.
Liam Dunda opened the scoring for the Attack with his first period goal.
Cordell James would tie it up for the Colts late in the second period.
Mackenzie Blackwood made 32 saves for the Colts who snap their two-game losing streak.
The Attack have dropped four of their last five.
Nobody scored on the power play -- Barrie on six chances, Owen Sound with three.
The Attack are on the ice Friday night in Kitchener while the Colts host the Rangers on Saturday.
