Marijuana Grow Op Found

Lambton County | by Peter Jackson

100 thousand dollars worth of pot plants found in Dawn Euphemia.

Lambton OPP are searching for suspects after shutting down a marijuana grow-op in Dawn-Euphemia.

Police say they seized a number of pot plants in various stages of maturity while exercising a controlled substances warrant at a home on Bentpath Line.

The plants are estimated to be worth over 100-thousand dollars on the street.

OPP say the hydro meter had been by-passed to supply electricity directly to the grow-op.

They say the warrant was exercised last week but the details weren't released until today.
