Broadhurst, Griffith Lead Knights

London takes 3-1 Lead in OHL West Final by beating the Whalers 6-4.

Alex Broadhurst and Seth Griffith both scored twice for the London Knights who beat the Plymouth Whalers 6-4 on Wednesday night.

The Knights now lead  three games to one in the best of 7 OHL Western Conference Final

Broadhurst who was fouled in Game 3 of the series leading to a suspension for Mitchell Heard of Plymouth, scored the game winner on a power-play goal in the third period.

Griffith's second goal of the game was into an empty net.

Bo Horvat and Ryan Rupert scored the other goals for London who have won 4 times at the Compuware Sports Arena this year.

Sebastian Uvira, Vince Trocheck Ripley native Garrett Meurs and Tom Wilson tallied for Plymouth

Game 5 in the series is Friday night at the Buweiser Gardens in London.
