Attack Win Second Straight

Owen Sound are now just a point away from securing a playoff spot

The Owen Sound Attack are now tied again with Kitchener in the OHL's Western Conference for third place at 74 points

The Attack are now riding a two-game win streak after they nipped the Ice Dogs 3-2 in Owen Sound Saturday night.

Codi Ceci scored the winning goal at 14:44 of the third period.

Daniel Catenacci scored one of the most exciting goals all season for the Attack  and he also had an assist for the Attack (35-17-4) and Gilbert Gabour scored the other.
   
Brendan Perlini and former Attacker Steven Shipley scored for the IceDogs (26-26-4) while Ryan Strome assisted on both of his club's goals.
   
Jordan Binnington made 29 saves for the win as Christopher Festarini turned away 31 shots in a losing cause.
   
Owen Sound went 1 for 3 on the power play while Niagara scored once on four chances with the man advantage.

Owen Sound need a single point to clinch a playoff spot and can do that Monday night in Peterborough.
