The defending WOAA Senior Hockey Champion Saugeen Shores Winterhawks play their season open at Shallow Lake against the Crushers.on Saturday night

While this is the opening game for the Winterhawks, it will be the 4th game of the season for the Crushers.

Saugeen Shores coach Pete Roedger admits his club is very eager to get started this season.

Roedger knows as defending champions, the opponents will be geared up for their games against the Winterhawks.

Game time Saturday night at the Shallow Lake Arena is 7:30 PM.
