The final card of the year at Hanover Raceway was staged Saturday afternoon.
 
Along with 14 races, the 2012 Year End Awards were presented.
 
The A.B. Fleishauer Horse of the Year was " Donegal Mac. " In 11 starts at Hanover this season, " Donegal Mac " won 4 times, finished second 4 times and was third in the other 3 starts.

On the year, " Donegal Mac won more than $ 40,000
 
In other horse categories, " P.C. Dream Ticket " for Peter Clements of Dobbinton was the " Trotter of the Year, while " Fresh Herb " was the " Claimer of the Year
 
Trevor Henry of Arthur was absent on the final day of racing at Hanover but his 42 victories won him " Driver of the Year " honors and Paul Taylor from Clinton won the Leifso Award as the top trainer at Hanover Raceway for 2012.
