(Windsor) - The Ontario Hockey League regular season kicked-off on four fronts on Thursday night and it was a good night for Owen Sound Attack fans. The Attack began the season on the road with a 6-1 thrashing of the Windsor Spitfires. It was scoreless after one period of play before the Attack blew it wide open. A lot is expected of Cameron Brace this season and he did not disappoint in his first appearance for Owen Sound. Brace scored twice for the Attack and added one assist. A couple of players making their Attack debut's also found the back of the net in Windsor. Gilbert Gabor and Jaden Lindo both scored for Owen Sound in their first games. Veteran Gemel Smith also had a three point game including a goal and Daniel Catenacci also scored for the Attack (1-0-0). >>> Elsewhere in the OHL, Lucas Lessio and Boone Jenner starred on the first day of action. At St. Catharines, former Owen Sound Attacker Steven Shipley scored on the power play to help the Ice Dogs to a 4-2 over the Erie Otters. And in Ottawa, Anthony Camara had a hat trick to lead Barrie to a 6-4 victory over the 67's.
