Burgoyne native Josh Cassidy advances to 800 metre wheelchair final.

Paralympic Games at London England Burgoyne native Josh Cassidy qualified Wednesday morning for the 800 metre final Cassidy was fourth in his heat posting a time of 1 minute 38.24 seconds. The former St Mary's Mustang will race Thursday in the 800 metre final On Tuesday, Cassidy was 10th in the 1500 metre final. Cassidy finished in 3 minutes, 14.7 seconds, 2 seconds behind the race winner David Weir of Great Britain Sunday, Cassidy is scheduled to compete in the marathon.
