Four Hurt in Crash

Four people sent to hospital after car and minivan collide south of Stratford.

Four people are in hospital with after a collision between a car and a minivan at a rural intersection south of Stratford.

Perth OPP say volunteer firefighters had to cut both drivers and a passenger from the wreckage early Friday morning.

All four occupants were taken to Stratford General Hospital and two were later transferred to London Health Sciences Centre with serious injuries.

The investigation led to a seven-hour closure of the stretches of Perth Road 112 and Line 29 leading to the intersection.
