Bruce Power donates15 thousand dollars to robotics team at KDSS.

The Kinetic Knights from KDSS in Kincardine are gearing up for another robotics competition season.

The team hopes to achieve similar results to last year where they came in second in the world out of 26,800 teams!

Bruce Power has provided the team with 15 thousand dollars to support them as they spend the next six weeks building their robot for competitions.

The Kinetics Knights from KDSS in Kincardine, known as FIRST Robotics team number 781, kicked off the 2012 season at the Bruce Power Visitors' Centre with a display on the weekend.

Bruce Power plans to continue supporting the team through the season with help from employee mentors and will further help the team in covering costs to travel to the International competition in the United States should they win regional competitions in Canada.
