Canadian boxer Mary Spencer has been busy on a variety of fronts since winning the Gold Medal championship bout at the Pan American Games in Mexico

Spencer, who was born in Wiarton and frequently visits Cape Croker, won the 75 kilogram championship at the Pan Am Games

Since winning the Gold, Spencer has been busy training, visiting and making promotional appearances.

Her next action is in January at the National Boxing Championships
