Can You Predict Tornadoes?

Goderich | by Rick Stow

One theory says you can predict well in advance when a tornado will hit.

It seems there's a conspiracy theory for just about everything these days.

Environment Canada says it gave us twelve minutes warning when the tornado struck Goderich August 21st.

Bayshore Broadcasting News Reporter Rick Stow tells us if we believe the conspiracy theorists -- such cataclysmic events can be predicted.

In fact, according to an email from Ottawa resident Rob Manning received by Council, the U.S. government and some unregulated companies are responsible.

There's a suggestion the US military, NASA and others have been secretly experimenting with cloud-seeding and high altitude resonance to alter the weather.

Not only do we see more forest fires, flooding and weather events as a result, but we are at greater risk of mental disorders, Alzheimer's, autism, lower IQs and even infertility.

Further, their actions are in violation of a long-standing treaty with the Soviet Union.

Ottawa resident Rob Manning's letter was originally written to the U-S ambassador, but he is forwarding copies to all who may listen.
