SPCA Pet Registry

Goderich | by Rick Stow

The SPCA is documenting pets lost or left at Ground Zero in Goderich after tornado.

The SPCA is attempting to coordinate pet relief for animals left behind at Ground Zero of the Goderich Tornado.

After 48 hours without water, pet hydration is a critical issue.

The SPCA has set up a pet registration table at the Knights of Columbus Centre off Suncoast Drive.

Pet owners who have had to leave an animal behind in their dwelling -- or whose pet has gone missing in the confusion are encouraged to register.

At present, SPCA workers are not allowed access to the downtown core due to safety issues, but the group wants the list in place so they can attempt rescues and relief once they are given approval.
