A pre-trial hearing into charges against the Meaford and District Fire department has confirmed 10 days will be set aside this fall to hear the case.
The hearing was held last Friday in provincial offences court in Owen Sound.
The fire department faces charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, following a blaze at Reeds restaurant in September of 2009.
During the fire, two firefighters were injured.
A Ministry of Labour investigation resulted in six charges against the Fire department.
The case will be heard in two stages, from September 26th to the 30th and from December 5th to the 9th.
