Ride The Bus To Collingwood

The transit link between Collingwood and Wasaga Beach starts running today.

The transit link between Collingwood and Wasaga Beach starts running today.

The bus will run between 6 AM and 9 AM -- and in the evening between 3 PM and 7 PM -- with buses running every half hour.

The main hub in Collingwood will be at 100 Pine Street.

The main drop-off point in Wasaga Beach will be at 45th Street at the Superstore.

There will be various drop-off points along Highway 26.

The cost for riders has been set at two dollars each way.

The bus will initially run as a five-month trial.

Also today, the Wasaga Beach service will start going as far east as River Road East and Archer Road on a five month trial basis.

And bus passes will be available starting September 1st for 40 dollars for adults and 30 for students and seniors.
