South Bruce OPP report a two vehicle crash on Highway 21 in Kincardine township, and one of the vehicles was a school bus.
Officers arrived to find that a Subaru Sidekick crossed the centre line of the highway near the Kincardine Airport, and struck the side of a Ross Young school bus around 9 AM on Thursday.
There were no children on the bus at the time.
Highway 21 was closed in both directions while road crews cleared oil from the surface of the road at the crash site.
The Subaru driver, a 31 year old Kincardine man, received minor injuries in the crash.
After being checked at hospital, he was charged with careless driving.
