A grant of almost a-million dollars to Gay Lea will also allow it to increase revenue by 25-million dollars a year as it expands into new markets.

Area dairy farmers will also benefit by being the annual source of 50-million additional litres of milk earmarked for Gay Lea.

Green's Meat Market and Abattoir of Wingham is in line for 128-thousand dollars to modernize its facility and add new equipment.
