Former NHL'er Aaron Downey was the guest speaker

Downey was a Stanley Cup winner with Detroit in 2009
 
Todd Elder of Owen Sound was selected as the Highlanders Coach of the Year 

 Among the other award winners were Tanner Mighton of Durham who won the Zack Herrold Scholarship & Paul Boyadjian from Kincardine who won the Mike O'Hara Award

Bus Trips

The Owen Sound Attack Pak is taking a bus to Plymouth on Saturday ( Apr 9 ) for Game 2 of the series against the Whalers

A bus trip has been organized to see the Toronto Rock game on FRIDAY ( Apr 8 ) against the Buffalo Bandits.

Two coaches will going, departing from Lion's Head at 2:30 pm, Wiarton at 3 pm with a pick up in Owen Sound at 3:30 pm

The cost of the trip & game ticket is $ 60
