Wednesday, the Owen Sound Attack will host the Plymouth Whalers on the final CFOS Mercury's Night.

The Attack clinched the Midwest Division & Western Conference Championship on the weekend

Spitfires 4 Sting 3 in overtime

    Tom Kuhnhackl scored the overtime winner for the Spitfires 25 seconds into extra time when he slid Ryan Ellis' rebound behind Sting netminder Troy Passigham.

     Kuhnhackl who has 37 goals on the year, also scored two shootout winners for the Spitfires within the last week, including one to beat the Owen Sound Attack.

    Kerby Rychel, Kenny Ryan and Ellis had the other goals for the Spitfires

    Alexander Galchenyuk led the Sting with two goals while Kale Kerbashian had Sarnia's other marker.

 

Greyhounds 4 Whalers 2

   Brett Findlay scored twice and Nick Cousins added a goal and an assist to lead the Greyhounds 

    David Broll also scored for the Greyhounds 

    Mitchell Heard scored on a penalty shot for Plymouth, while James Livingston, fresh off signing a free agent contract with the San Jose Sharks on Friday, added the other goal.

 

Majors 3 67's 2 in overtime

    Justin Shugg scored his second goal of the game 34 seconds into overtime to rally the Majors 

    Shugg took advantage of a turnover and blasted a shot off the post and past 67's goalie Shayne Campbell for his 40th goal of the season.

    Riley Brace had the other goal for the Majors, who have won seven straight games. J

 

IceDogs 4 Frontenacs 3 in a shootout

   The IceDogs clinched third in the eastern Conference with the shootout win.

   Veteran forward Anderw Agozzino scored twice in regulation for Niagara while overage Darren Archibald added a single marker.

    Overage defender Mitch Gaulton, David Froats & Ethan Werek had the goals for Kingstton  who are 5th in the Eastern Conference, 2 points up on Brampton

 

Battalion 4 Colts 2

    Barclay Goodrow scored a pair of goals, including the eventual winner, to lead the Battalion

    Philip Lane and captain Stephon Thorne also scored for Brampton.

    Mark Scheifele had both goals for Barrie
