Two South Bruce Peninsula festivals have won awards.
At the 25th annual Festivals and Events of Ontario awards Gala in Toronto on the weekend -- Sauble Beach won two awards for the 24 Weeks of Summer events.
They won for best overall campaign and Best New Events.
Meanwhile, Wiarton Willie won for top 100 events in Ontario and Best Printed Promotional Piece, for its Wiarton Willie Guide in 2010.
Wiarton Willie and the 24 Weeks of Summer competed in the 100 to 500 thousand dollar budget category.
Festivals and Events from across Ontario competed for the prestige’s awards.
This is the second time Sauble Beach and Wiarton Willie have won Festivals and Events Ontario awards, receiving the Top 100 of Festivals and Events Ontario in 2010.

Allison Taylor, is the Graphic Artist who designed all the marketing material for the 24 weeks of Summer and both the 2010 and 2011 Wiarton Willie Festival.
