There will be lots of Family Day hockey in Owen Sound.
The first ever "Sick Shot" 4-on-4 road hockey tournament takes place today in the parking lot.
The event is a fundraiser for "Ice Magic," a hockey program created in memory of Josh Olynyk.
The program provides extra ice-time for kids in the beginner's age category.
The event is being put on by Owen Sound Minor Hockey, and registration starts at 9 this morning.
There is also free skating at the Harry Lumley Bayshore from 1 PM until 2:30 PM.
The City of Owen Sound also encourages everyone to remember there will be pick-up hockey all day at the Order of Good Cheer Outdoor Rink at Harrison Park.
