The Canucks have 6 straight wins. The Calgary Flames moved into a playoff spot in the Western Conference after a 3-1 victory over Chicago. And, the Edmonton Oilers busted a 4-game slump with a 4-0 victory in Nashville.

In Georgian Bay Mid-Ontario Junior "C" playoff action, it was a 9-2 victory for Stayner in Schomberg last night. The Siskins now lead the series 3-nothing. Game 4 goes Thursday night at 8 in Schomberg.
