The latest Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board figures show fourth quarter 2010 sales of 250 thousand dollar houses were down almost 20 percent.
Sales of homes valued at 250 thousand to almost half a million were down 11.5 percent.
But million dollar plus homes seem to be doing well.
Sales in the last part of 2010 soared 66.7 percent over the same time the previous year.
