Saugeen Shores Will Deliver Garbage Bag Tags To Those In Isolation

Saugeen Shores | by Claire McCormack

Town says it will deliver up to two tags to those who can't go out and get them.

Saugeen Shores says it will deliver up to two garbage bag tags to residents who have returned from travel or who have been ordered to isolate.

Town staff say they will deliver those tags to your door through a 'no contact process.'

In exchange for those free tags, the Town is asking people donate the money they would have spent to a charity.

For those who are ordered to isolate who need tags, call 519-832-2008 ext 100 to arrange for them.

Those who can go out, can buy bag tags at essential services like grocery stores.
Regular curb pickup continues.

Meanwhile, the landfill is still closed to the public. Contractors will have access on April 8th, 15th and 17th from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
