High Volumes Affecting Assessment Centre Wait Times

The COVID-19 Assessment Centre at Headwaters Health Care is very busy.

High volumes are affecting wait times at the Headwaters Health Care Centre’s COVID-19 Assessment Centre.

There have been a total of 1,927 visits to the centre to date, and 733 tests administered.

A total of 13 staff members at the hospital have tested positive, and 4 inpatients.

In Dufferin County 19 confirmed cases as of April 3rd, and 27 confirmed cases in Caledon.

The COVID -19 Assessment Centre in Orangeville has adjusted their hours from 8 am to 6 with the last patient being taken at 5:30.

Health officials still recommend you take the self-assessment tool before going to the Assessment Centre.
