Shelburne Police to Lift Spirits with Free Service

Shelburne | by Jill Young

Shelburne Police officers want to help you celebrate in a responsible way during the pandemic.

Shelburne Police officers want to give back to the community in these tough times.

If you live in the Town of Shelburne, police want to help you celebrate in these difficult times of self-isolation during the pandemic.

As long as an officer is available, police are offering a free service where they will drive by and acknowledge a child’s birthday, or anniversary or any other significant events.

They’ll activate the police cruiser lights and give a little sound of the siren.

You can make this request via the private message feature on the Shelburne Police Facebook page

It must be between 10 am and 8 pm, and you should given the name of the person celebrating, type of event, location date and time.
