Millions in flood repair money will soon start flowing to Bracebridge.
The Province has approved $2.3 million to repair damaged municipal assets as a result of the devasting flooding of 2019.
Mayor Graydon Smith says the money will allow Bracebridge to repair and improve local infrastructure and be better prepared should flooding occur in the future. In response, Smith thanked Premier Doug Ford, Parry Sound-Muskoka MPP Norm Miller and Minister of Municipal Affairs & Housing Steve Clark.
Some of the rehab and construction efforts have already been completed, while others are currently underway.
