Self Isolation Hospitality in Saugeen Shores

Saugeen Shores | by Megan Johnson

Jeryn and Cleo DeCoppel are letting the Saugeen Shores and surrounding area communities know they're here to help

As many members of the community hunker down in self-isolation due to Coronavirus concerns a mother and daughter team are offering assistance to those whom may need it.

Saugeen Shores Real Estate agents Jeryn and Cleo DeCoppel are letting the Saugeen Shores and surrounding area communities know they're here to help.

"We're just looking to any members of the community that need help during this time. Whether you're isolated and can't get out to run errands or you just need help with anything at all, we just want to give back to our community and help out in the best way we can," says Jeryn.

The Saugeen Shores realtor says local agents are doing what they can at social distancing and are not running their "listing caravan" and are following cues from their clients.

Jeryn says one can call their phone number 519-389-3955 or her cell number at 519-386-9368 if they need assistance.

Even if you do not have symptoms of Covid-19, it is recommended to self-isolate for 14 days if you have travelled anywhere outside of Canada (including the United States of America).

Last week the  province took the unprecedented step of an extended closing of schools and advising all large group gatherings of 50 or more should be suspended.

Please contact Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 for questions specific to an individual health concern. Residents can also contact the Grey Bruce Health Unit COVID-19 Helpline at 1-800-263-3456 press 3000 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm).
