Wasaga Beach Woman Facing Fraud Charge In Bradford

On Thursday around 2:30 p.m., police initiated the stop on Holland Street West after seeing an SUV travelling in an erratic manner.

A Wasaga Beach woman is amongst three facing fraud charges after a traffic stop in Bradford.

On Thursday around 2:30 p.m., police initiated the stop on Holland Street West after seeing an SUV travelling in an erratic manner.

The officer determined illegal narcotics were in the vehicle and summoned K9 to assist in a search.

A quantity of narcotics and drug paraphernalia along with numerous fraudulent bank cards were found.

As a result, 31-year-old Godwin Bonney of Toronto, 41-year-old Tara Kamrath of Kitchener and 54-year-old Tracey Galka of Wasaga Beach were charged with fraud-related offences. Galka also faces a drug-related charge.

The three accused were released with future court dates. The investigation continues.
