Two Charged for Stealing ATM

Two people have been charged after stealing an ATM from a grocery store in Orangeville

Orangeville Police have arrested two people after allegedly stealing an ATM.

They say they were called at around 5:45am back on December 4th about a break and enter to the Metro Grocery Store.

There was extensive damage to the north side of the store with a window being smashed from the floor to the ceiling.

A Bank of Montreal ATM was taken from the store.

After viewing video cameras, police learned a vehicle drove through the window before one of they stole the ATM.

Joel Aston Sault, 35, of Hagersville was arrested and charged with Break & Enter and Mischief on December 29th.

Then on January 16th, police arrested and charged Marc Christopher Staats, 33, of Brantford with Break & Enter and Mischief.
