Caledon OPP have charged a Shelburne man following a serious crash from last year.
Police say they were called to the area of Highway 10 and Forks of the Credit Road at around 4:00pm on September 17th.
They say a motorcyclist lost control of his bike while going south on Highway 10 and crashed into a ditch.
Through their investigation they learned another vehicle, a black SUV, was involved.
The driver of the motorcycle was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Following the investigation, 26-year old Cory Maxworth has been charged with operation while impaired, driving while suspended and a few other offences.
