West Grey Police say 19 charges have been laid against a Hanover woman they say was found with numerous stolen IDs and cheque books.
Police say over the summer, 14 pieces of government IDs and six cheque books had been stolen from vehicles across Central and Southwestern Ontario in areas from Windsor and Toronto to Hanover and West Grey.
Back on November 9th, West Grey Police officers arrested a 29 year old Hanover woman for an unrelated matter.
They say upon searching her possessions they came across the stolen property.
She was arrested again in relation to the stolen items on December 4th and released with a court date of January 15th in Walkerton.
Police have charged the woman with 13 counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and six counts of Being in Possession of an Identity Document without lawful excuse.
