Lots of Toys, Food and Cash Collected In First Week of Toy Drive

The Drive benefits local children and families during the holiday season....

County of Simcoe Paramedic Services have collected lots of toys, food and cash during the first week of their annual Toy Drive.

They kicked off the 17th annual Toy Drive November 13th, so far collecting 425 toys, 50 lbs of food and almost $500 in cash and gift cards.

The Drive benefits local children and families during the holiday season.

Donations of new, unwrapped toys are being accepted at various locations and parades across Simcoe County until December 13th.

November 23, 2019

Angus Santa Claus Parade – 10 a.m.

Elmvale Foodland Collection – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Wasaga Beach Santa Claus Parade – 5 p.m.

November 24, 2019

Innisfil Santa Claus Parade – 1:30 p.m.

Waubaushene Santa Claus Parade – 1 p.m.


Donations can be made at the County of Simcoe Administration Centre, 1110 Highway 26 in Midhurst between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and at all County of Simcoe Paramedic Services stations, where outdoor drop boxes are now available (please do not leave monetary donations in drop boxes – only non-perishable food items and new, unwrapped toys).
