Summerfolk has come and gone again and the organizers of the festival say it was another successful year.
This year's Summerfolk brought in some big name artists like The Once and William Prince.
One change that had to be made this year was the layout of the event which had to see artisans moved away from the beach area at Kelso Park in Owen Sound due to high water levels flooding the beach area.
Despite the flooded out beach hundreds of people still turned out to attend the festival.
For Festival Coordinator Roxanne Davidson, the best part of the festival was watching it begin.
"Friday night the music was playing, volunteers were in place, people were walking around," Davidson describes "It was a real Zen moment, it was Summerfolk magic."
Davidson says the future goals for Summerfolk are to let the festival continue to grow. She says Summerfolk has become a generational event and she hopes to see it continue in that way.
