Woman Charged After Drugs Found In Vehicle In Grand Bend

OPP say alleged drug paraphernalia found in vehicle during RIDE stop, Wallaceburg woman charged.

A Wallaceburg woman faces a Court appearance in Sarnia, after suspected drugs were found in a vehicle during an OPP RIDE check in Grand Bend.

Police say they laid the charge during the holiday weekend, when they set up the RIDE lane on Ontario Street.

While talking with the driver, an officer spotted alleged drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, along with suspected methamphetamine.

The 38 year-old woman is charged with possession of a controlled substance, and fail to comply with a probation order.
