A new heart defibrillator has been installed in Annie Williams Park in Bracebridge for emergencies.
It's due to a generous donation by the Schofield Family in memory of Sandy Schofield who was an active Bracebridge resident who passed away May 5th.
Sandy always gave to the community and his family believes a year-round SaveStation is a great way to continue his legacy.
The defibrillator is housed in an outdoor cabinet located on the wall of the park amphitheatre.
It's available to anyone, at any time, to be used in a cardiac arrest emergency.
