Case Of Cattle Prod Road Rage In Midland

Police seized a conductive energy device known as a cattle prod...

It was a case of cattle prod road rage.

That according to South Georgian Bay OPP, who responded to a report of a male driver being threatened by another male driver after a road rage incident on King Street in Midland.

It happened after 11pm July 20th.

Police located both men in a Midland Avenue convenience store parking lot and upon speaking with the suspect seized a conductive energy device known as a cattle prod.

A 25-year-old Tay man's been charged with possessing a restricted weapon and assault with a weapon.

He has a court date in Midland on August 29, 2019.
