Charges have been laid against a Shelburne man after an incident in a residential neighborhood.
Shelburne Police officers were called Sunday July 7th around 11 pm, about a man who they say was breaking a gate to a rear yard.
He also allegedly left behind a bicycle, and urinated in the driveway and fled.
They were then called to a different location about 20 minutes later, and officers found the man standing beside a vehicle that witnesses said he was trying to break into.
The 38 year old has been charged with mischief, theft, and being intoxicated in public.
