Another successful Pride Parade, kicked off the first day of summer in Kincardine.
Hundreds lined the parade route to watch the colourful procession.
It was the 3rd annual event on Saturday as it wound itself down Queen Street to Victoria Park in south Kincardine.
Organizer Fort Papalia says he was overwhelmed with the turnout and support for the LBGTQ community.
Papalia says there was "amazing community support" from the region with lots of kids sharing the message, along with their parents.
One was Emily Mabon of Goderich, who works for the Corrections Ontario in probation and parole.
Mabon, who was part of a participating float, was wearing a "Free Hugs" sign because she says, she really likes hugging people.
The parade ended at Victoria Park but the festivities didn't, as there was plenty of entertainment, food vendors and activities.
