Police say driver of stolen motorcycle arrested, after trying to hide from officers.

A Huron County man faces four charges, stemming from a suspicious person investigation in West Perth.

OPP say they responded to a suspicious person call from a Line 24 resident northeast of Hensall late last week, and located a motorcycle that had been earlier reported stolen.

Investigators say they arrested the driver, who tried to hide a short distance away from officers.

A 49 year-old Howick Township had a bail hearing scheduled in Stratford Court on charges of possession of stolen property over $5 thousand, flight from police, driving while prohibited and a court-related offence.
